We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service standards. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Support catering events as required, assisting in setup, service, and breakdown. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining the integrity of the till. Provide bartending services when necessary, ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Experience in food preparation or catering is an advantage but not mandatory. Bartending experience is beneficial however full training can be given.

Pay: 8.79-13.00 per hour
