We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding hospitality while managing various front-of-house duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables and service stations. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using basic math skills. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in serving roles. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
