Job Overview
I am seeking Front of House team members to join Toast. A positive attitude, great work ethic and 'work hard play hard' approach are essential. I am looking for people who take their work seriously but themselves not too seriously, who can help me successfully launch Toast as the go-to destination in Winchester. We will be opening in August 2025 in a prime location on Jewry Street. This is a full time role that will require you to be available every weekend, outside of pre-booked holiday.
Duties
Ensure every drink and dish you serve is presented beautifully and delivered with warm hospitality Show every guest your best side, engaging with them and showing them a great time, every visit This is a hybrid role including bartending, coffee and food service Keep the venue clean, tidy, safe and compliant every shift
Preferred experience in the following areas
Customer service role within hospitality Bartending Food service
