We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial part in delivering an outstanding dining experience through your hospitality skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is an advantage Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a focus on hospitality Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A keen interest in serving and enhancing the dining experience for guests
