Front Of House Team Member
Job Description
We are a city centre hotel and restaurant seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Anticipate our guests needs, show emotional intelligence
- Upsell menu items where appropriate
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the public areas
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of fine dining and bar service
- Proficiency in basic maths
- Ability to work efficiently, to be a self starter
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
