Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and coordination. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist in training new team members to uphold service excellence.
