The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of our busy venue. They will deliver excellent customer service in line with the style and ethos of JRs and maintain a welcoming and happy environment at all times.
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing a large team.
The role consists of (but is not limited to):
- Opening / Closing the business
- Safe handling of money including cashing up tills
- Managing a considerable team over different areas and ensuring that everyone is working to the desired standard
- Managing breaks / hours / shifts
- Managing company emails / social media pages
Requirements:
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering exceptional customer service in front of house or similar customer facing role
- Proven ability to lead through positive and proactive actions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm when under pressure and deal effectively with unanticipated demands
- Flexible, helpful and positive attitude
- Weekend work is ESSENTIAL
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
