Recruiting Front of House Team for Central City Centre Restaurant
The White Horse Oyster and Seafood Bar, situated on the busy Royal Mile in Edinburgh is looking to hire a new addition to our Front of House team.
You'll be joining a fun and energetic team that celebrate the best of Scottish seafood in a thriving and bustling part of town. Our focus is delivering high quality produce in a relaxed and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately while providing menu recommendations. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Be presentable and on time for work. Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service.

Salary: 11.00-12.21 ph depending on national min wage age/experience additional TRONC and cash tips (3-4 per hour extra)
