We are opening a new Japanese restaurant and sushi bar and are looking for skilled, passionate individuals to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

Provide attentive and friendly table service Prepare and serve a variety of drinks Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house in line with health and safety standards Assist with takeaway and delivery operations when required Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours Serve dishes with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Punctuality and reliability Fluency in English Legal right to live and work in the UK

Beneficial to Have
