Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently (table service)
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills

- Proficiency in basic maths
- Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes to assist guests with menu choices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to coordinate food preparation and delivery
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on hospitality
- Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Experience:

Bartending: 1 year (preferred) Hospitality: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
