Hillbark Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our teams at the Hillbark Hotel & Spa, Wirral, for its Food & Beverage department.

As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our 5 star, 3 AA Rosette Dining Room & Cellar Restaurants, 2 Bars, Weddings, Events, Breakfasts, Afternoon Teas and Corporate Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will:

Work as a hands on member of the restaurant team, communicating with kitchen, events and other departments, ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail. Show enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer care with an approachable and friendly manner. Assist in maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the front and back of house areas of the hotel to a 5 Standard.
Capable of understanding Menus, Fine-Dining and Silver Service or willing to train in these areas. Assist in preparations and set-up for meetings and events. Have the ability to work under pressure and multitask. Must be a team-player. Have the ability to use their own initiative. Have a positive "Can Do" attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and exceed the expectations of even the most discerning costumer while delivering excellence in service and hospitality! Possess a smart, pristine appearance to adhere to the company's uniform/presentation standards. Uniform is provided.
Full training to a 5standard will be provided.
Own transport is recommended due to the location of the hotel.

Part-time, fixed-hours positions can be considered - please enquire upon application.

Please note that the hours of work more often than not include weekends, and there will be late finishes on wedding and event functions, hence a flexible approach to work is essential.

Salary: Up to 32,000.00 per year for full-time position. Dependant upon experience.
