Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Staff Member. This is a permanent position, requiring 20 to 30 hours of work per week. The role involves working on the bar and attending to various front-of-house needs, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages at the bar with precision and efficiency.

Assist with front-of-house operations, including seating guests and attending to their needs promptly.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment in both bar and front-of-house areas.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly in bar and front-of-house operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Age-appropriate for working on the bar, in accordance with legal regulations.

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
