Front of House/Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for an exceptional Front of House/Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly team and act as the face of our residential development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and genuine care for the property.
Contract Type
Casual/Permanent positions available - 2/3 weeks per month, with potential night shifts and flexible scheduling options including 4 day on/4 day off shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Services
Be available to residents at all times and deliver exceptional service as the face of the development
Handle general enquiries including queries, complaints and maintenance requests
Provide clear and concise shift handovers to follow-on team members, highlighting events and upcoming activities
Property Management
Maintain the highest possible cleaning standards throughout the development
Rectify unplanned cleaning emergencies directly where required (spillages and accidents in communal areas)
Pro-actively deal with maintenance issues and problems identified
Fix, repair, maintain or clean any area or problem when able (e.g. light bulb changes)
Conduct building patrols, CCTV monitoring and safety checks
Provide utility meter readings for all properties as and when required
Administrative Duties
Parcel Management: Receive, safekeep and issue all parcels/registered mail in line with company procedures
Key Management: Issue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst maintaining accurate records of key sign-in/out procedures
Manage car parking to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate, instruct and allow access for services including utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance
Book and attend viewings/inspections/appointments, providing constructive feedback where necessary
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Previous/current experience in a Front Desk or Concierge role
High level of customer service skills
Excellent communication and listening abilities
Ability to work independently and on own initiative, while following instructions and procedures as required
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems such as databases or booking systems
Personal Qualities
Professional demeanor and appearance
Genuine care for property and residents
Problem-solving mindset
Reliability and trustworthiness
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights when required
