Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the kitchen and bar, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational procedures. Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, showcasing culinary skills while maintaining hygiene standards. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Train new staff on operational procedures and best practices in hospitality service. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest experience. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong background in culinary arts or bartending is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proven ability to lead teams with enthusiasm and motivation while fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
