Job Description

Here at DMH Tyres Ltd we are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. We are a family run business. We are looking for self driven motivated person to be part of a small team.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday 8-5.30pm.

Duties will include;



Answering the phone, dealing with website and email customer enquiries Taking card payments over the phone and in person. Regular inputting and updating of client information to our back-office software Process invoices against POs Raise sales invoices Assisting with month end duties

Things we are looking for;



Excellent organisation skills and prioritise workload Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment Must be pro-active and able to use initiative Must be IT literate including Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Open Office, Power point and Outlook. Proven experience as an administrator Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Someone able to communicate with customers needs.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 45 per week
