Front Office Manager
to become part of our Front Office Team.
You will report to the Assistant Residence Manager, overseeing the full Front Office operation, from team leadership to guest satisfaction, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and personal.
As our
Front Office Manager
, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service
Ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued and cared for - tailoring the experience to their needs, travel purpose and plans
Take initiative in accommodating the customers' needs in a resourceful manner
Undertake and oversee Front Office administrative in accordance with Company standards, procedures and legal obligations
Handle guest queries and complaints effectively, escalating to senior management when needed
Identify and share ideas to continuously improve service standards and operational processes
To be successful in the role of
Front Office Manager
, we are looking for:
Proven supervisory or managerial experience
in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
Strong leadership skills
with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
Confident and
engaging communicator
with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Competent with hotel
property management systems
(PMS) and able to adapt quickly to new IT platforms
Fluent in English; a second language is an advantage
