Role Overview:

As

Front Office Manager

at COMO Metropolitan London, you will lead our Front Desk team, ensuring that out Front Office operations align with the hotel's high standards and objectives. Your role involves managing Receptionists, Team Leaders, and Night Managers, and maintaining all areas, including rooms and public spaces, in impeccable condition.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all administrative functions of the Front Desk, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures Develop and participate in training programmes to maintain high morale, reduce turnover, and focus on staff development Review arrivals and allocations to ensure a smooth guest experience. Address guest complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain effective communication between the Front Desk and other departments. Keep the team informed of relevant updates Manage staff schedules, payroll and welfare. Support team training and development in collaboration with wider management team Address performance issues constructively while maintaining a positive team atmosphere

Who You Are:

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role within a luxury hotel setting

Organised:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with the hotel team

Problem Solver:

Capable of handling guest issues and resolving them efficiently

Proactive:

A self-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
