We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Front Office & Operations Coordinator to manage the daily administrative and front-desk operations at our busy flying school. This is a full-time, customer-facing role, focused on efficient coordination, communication, and office management.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Manage student training and experience flight bookings
Prepare and check documentation for tests and examinations
Maintain general office housekeeping and stock management
Coordinate fuel orders and support the scheduling of daily flight operations
Oversee the online order platform and process customer requests
Handle and process point-of-sale payments for flight bookings, experiences, and merchandise
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with social media tools, particularly Meta Business Suite
Basic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
Candidate Requirements
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role is preferred

Pay: From 12.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
