Front Office Supervisor

What you'll be doing

Leading the Front Desk crew with confidence, guidance and plenty of Moxy spirit. Making sure every guest gets that warm, effortless, "you're one of us" welcome. Handling the check-in/check-out rhythm like a pro and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Owning the duty management rotation and stepping up to take charge when needed. Coaching, training and motivating the team to keep standards sharp and the energy high. Jumping across departments -- bar, lobby, tech, whatever -- to keep the guest experience seamless. Solving problems before guests even know they exist and turning any bumps into bonus moments. Supporting the creation of a lobby vibe that's social, stylish and unmistakably Moxy. Keeping operational details in check: cash handling, reports, safety procedures and all that important (but still cool) stuff.
