1 Mill Street Coffeehouse & Bar is a lively, community-driven cafe right in the heart of Leamington Spa. We're passionate about great coffee, good vibes, and friendly service. We're now on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Front-of-House All Star (aka Barista + Bartender) to join our team and help us deliver top-tier experiences every day.

Job Overview:

As a Front-of-House All Star at 1 Mill Street, you'll be at the forefront of our cafe operations, crafting quality drinks and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a genuine love for coffee, cocktails, and enjoys connecting with people.

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve consistently excellent coffee and drinks in line with our quality standards

- Provide friendly, efficient service and build positive rapport with regulars and new customers alike

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the bar and coffee station

- Support the team during events, adapting quickly to different service styles and customer needs

- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and stock rotation

- Follow all food safety and health & safety guidelines to keep the environment safe for everyone

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a barista/bartender in a busy cafe or hospitality setting

- Confident, friendly, and proactive with excellent communication skills

- Able to work well under pressure, multitask, and stay cool during busy periods

- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings for events

- A team player who takes pride in their work and is always happy to pitch in
