Fruit & Veg Sales Associate - Piccadilly Food Hall

Since 1707, Fortnum & Mason has delighted London with the finest food and unforgettable experiences. Today, our Piccadilly Food Hall remains the beating heart of our heritage, and we're looking for a Fruit & Veg Sales Associate to help us curate the freshest produce and create magical moments for every customer. This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week, working 7.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday, with full flexibility required on these days.

What You'll Do:


Set up our Fruit & Veg department each morning, ensuring displays are immaculate and inviting. Collect deliveries, place orders, and maintain stock levels throughout the day. Ensure visual standards, quality, and replenishment are consistently exceptional. Complete due diligence processes to keep us food-safe and legal, including waste management, transfers, and quality checks. Work closely with Hospitality teams to provide ingredients from the Fruit & Veg department. Support fresh counters (Cheese, Charcuterie, Luxury, and Deli) when needed. Assist with activations, events, and product training to bring our brand to life.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for fresh produce and an eye for detail. Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but enthusiasm and commitment matter most. Strong communication skills and a flair for customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
