We are looking for a dedicated and fast learning fried chicken Fryer to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with the ability to work efficiently in our team. As a Fryer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation in the kitchen.

Main Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods and take responsibility of the Fried chicken menus.
Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Operate frying equipment safely and effectively, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
Keep the frying station clean and organised, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a restaurant setting.
Strong interest in our food, with an emphasis on team work.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
