We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fryer to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of fried foods while adhering to strict food safety standards. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as needed. Operate frying equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of meals. Help in the organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring that all ingredients are stored correctly and safely. Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. A passion for meal preparation and cooking, with an eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
