A market-leading international firm is seeking a talented Financial Services Regulation Solicitor to join its UK-wide Regulatory & Investigations team. You'll handle major UK and cross-border regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and advisory work. This role offers a unique chance to work with financial institutions, regulators, and cross-functional teams on cutting-edge regulatory matters.

• Supporting on a wide range of internal and external investigations, particularly in the financial services sector
• Advising financial institutions and corporates on regulatory obligations, compliance, and enforcement risks
• Collaborating with international offices on cross-border financial regulatory matters
• Contributing to business development, client relationships, and thought leadership
• Supervising junior lawyers and helping grow the contentious regulatory practice

A successful FS Regulation Solicitor should have:

• 2+ years PQE in financial services regulatory work
• Experienced in investigations and regulatory enforcement actions involving bodies such as the FCA, PRA, FRC, or SFO
• Skilled in advising on financial crime, market conduct, AML, bribery, and senior management governance
• Comfortable working independently and engaging with high-value clients
• Strong in legal drafting, analysis, and advisory work across regulatory frameworks like MAR, MiFID II, EMIR, DORA, and MiCAR
