Skills and Requirements
A high level of accuracy is required for this role to ensure the needs of our customers and sales teams are met
Must be able to work as part of a busy team
Excellent communication with others is required
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work to timescales to ensure customers receive cards
Previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
General administration tasks, emails, Excel, internal communication
Arranging for cards to be sent out to customers
Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
Working within a team to meet our customers needs
Picking up additional tasks when required
Sending and responding to emails
