Position Summary:



The Kith Fulfillment Lead is primarily focused on their store's overall e-commerce fulfillment process. They aim to maximize accuracy and efficiency, while minimizing errors, cancelations, and turnaround times or any other detriment to the overall fulfillment cycle. Through effective delegation and execution, the Fulfillment Lead ensures all e-comm orders are accurately & efficiently packed & picked. By continuously monitoring their store's e-comm orders, the Fulfillment Lead will quickly identify and correct any possible delays to the fulfillment process. The Fulfillment Lead will work to address any outstanding orders and/or issues, while properly bubbling up any cases they are not able to correct themselves. The Lead will efficiently partner with all Shipping Services, to ensure all shipments are accurately tracked and delivered. The Fulfillment Lead will be the primary point of contact for all their store's e-commerce matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Primary Responsibilities:



Effectively supervise the e-commerce fulfillment process in their store, through delegation and hands-on execution. Ensure all e-comm orders are accurately fulfilled according to the brand's Standard Operating Procedures. Focus on meeting the brand's standards for customer service and e-comm fulfillment, by continuously adhering to all company policies & procedures. Continuously communicate with their General Manager, Operations Manager and Operations team, to minimize discrepancies in the store's inventory. Efficiently communicate order details/status when requested by the Store Leadership or HQ partners. Tracks productivity and ensures that the team is meeting the standards and efficiency set by upper management. Ensures all order information is accurately recorded and communicated with all appropriate parties. Communicates daily goals and priorities to Fulfillment associate(s), redirects activities as necessary to achieve results. Manages shipment supplies and communicates needs to the Store Leadership team and/or HQ Partners. Flex to support the overall store team when the business requires or as directed by Store Leadership. Promote and maintain an environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive, in-store and e-commerce customer service. Display expert knowledge of product, company history, policies, and store/company strategies. Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients. Assist in maintaining a clear and safe workspace. Assist with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.

Special Projects/Tasks:



Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business. Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS



Availability:



Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays. Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require.

Experience:



6+ months in a customer facing role. 1+ year in a retail/apparel environment. 1+ year in an apparel operations role. 1+ year of e-comm order fulfillment

Skills/Abilities:



Basic computer skills Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job Ability to lift and move 25lbs. Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
