The Eyelash Design Company is a leading name in the professional beauty industry, specializing in innovative eyelash and brow products and treatments. Committed to delivering high-quality products and services, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Fulfilment Manager to oversee operations at our Loughton, Essex site.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Fulfilment or Warehouse Manager to lead our small team and ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment, and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, ensuring product availability, and supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Fulfilment Operations:

Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive environment. Oversee stock control, including ordering, goods inwards, order picking, assembly, and dispatch operations. Ensure all fulfilment operations align with company health and safety policies. Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout optimized for productivity.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, preventing overstock and out-of-stock situations. Implement strategies to improve inventory management processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Review and refine fulfilment policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with senior managers to support growth initiatives and optimize operations.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments such as customer service, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and product availability. Support fulfilment activities during product launches, promotions, and peak times to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Requirements:

Proven experience in fulfilment or warehouse management, ideally within the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficient in stock control, pick/pack/dispatch operations, and inventory management. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and supply chain software. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
