Job Purpose
We are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Technician. You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill.

Daily Responsibilities
Full ownership of the fulfilment / sales delivery process including communication internally and externally.
Ensure Sales Orders are correctly set up and delivered to meet customer delivery date.
Planning and support to onsite installation process.
Review and maintenance of work instructions and system set up process documentation.
Keeping our SAP system up to date with stock movements and activities
Proactive communication to Account Managers and Customer Support colleagues where customer delivery cannot be achieved.
Control of stock movements.
Sharing of knowledge to ensure best practices are understood and shared.
Liaise with procurement team on stock levels so we can meet customer delivery dates
Meet Account Manager requests for IMV demo equipment and ensuring all parties are kept up to date.
Escalation of any requests for additional loan/demo stock requirements to management.
Understanding and adherence to lean and ISO 9001 principles.
Support Customer Care team in loan and demonstration requests for service calls.
Support with dispatch process.
Education/ experience
Previous Warehouse and Stock Control experience is essential.
Order fulfilment experience is essential
Basic electrical skills would be advantageous.
Previous experience with job planning and logistics would be advantageous.
Previous experience using hand tools is desired.
Driving license required.
