The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Duties

- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.

- Support the front-of-house team by serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Help set up and clear tables, ensuring that all dining areas are well-presented.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist in catering events as required, contributing to menu planning and execution.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

Skills

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with bartending skills is a plus, particularly for establishments that serve alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
