We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing the bar area. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, assisting in the kitchen and food preparation areas as and when required maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar / kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record keeping.
Skills
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
