Pay rates:

Weekday/Nights 16.50 per hour 17.00 after the successful completion of probation


Weekends 18.00 per hour


Sleep in 12.21 per hour

Our Client

Our client is an 9-year-old girl who lives at home with her mum, dad, and 4-year-old younger sister. She is a fun-loving, bubbly and outgoing child who doesn't take life too seriously - she loves to have fun. She is bright, determined, and capable and she thrives in everything she sets her mind to.


She leads a busy and fulfilling life, as well as an ongoing therapy plan, she participates in afterschool activities and enjoys a vibrant social life with friends and family. A true girly girl, she adores fashion, playing hairdressers, and having pamper sessions. She also enjoys board games, imaginative role play, music, dancing, having chats, and anything tech related.


She has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Her epilepsy is well-managed with


medication. She uses a wheelchair and is currently learning to navigate a head-controlled / eye gaze controlled wheelchair. She does not communicate verbally, but she uses a communication aid confidently and effectively, as well as her own signing. At home, she is supported on a 1:1 basis by a small, dedicated team alongside her loving family.


This role is ideal for someone with childcare experience who is enthusiastic, energetic, and confident with technology - especially someone in tune with youth culture. The perfect candidate would have an interest in music and would be up to date with current social media apps.


The role is for someone looking for a long term job security, someone who is calm and patient, who can use their own initiative, particularly when the parents are not present. Reliability, flexibility, and strong organisational skills are key, as well as a willingness to follow routine.


The family do travel regularly, so the ability to travel would be essential.

Hours of work

Part time hours and full time hours available.


Night shifts and Day Shifts available.


Applicants must have previous experience working with children with additional needs.


You will also need a full drivers licence with the ability for us to obtain insurance for you to drive the clients' vehicle.


Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
