Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week.
We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented professional to become a part of our Technology and Product Development Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our talented developers and engineers to create cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities will include upholding best practices in development and testing, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
What will you be doing?Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement new features and applications. Advocate for development best practices to maintain high performance and quality in the codebase. Engage in proactive problem-solving and quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We tend to look for people with:Essential:In-depth knowledge of .NET Core framework (8.0), C#, and ASP.NET Core. Proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of SQL databases. Expertise in microservices architecture and containerisation technologies, such as Docker. Skilled in writing unit and integration tests. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex issues. Effective communication skills for conveying ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable:Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and continuous integration/deployment processes. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
