The Role

We're looking for a hands-on

Full Stack Engineer

to be part of a small but growing team of talented engineers and help us build scalable, impactful products. This role blends technical leadership with active coding, architecture, and collaboration across the company.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and optimize full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure. Drive technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and make decisions that balance speed, scalability, and reliability. Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Research and implement new methodologies, tools, and algorithms to improve system performance and developer productivity. Contribute to shaping engineering culture by promoting teamwork, creativity, courage, and continuous learning.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer. Proven experience deploying and managing applications in

cloud environments

(

Azure

essential). Solid expertise in

system design, REST APIs, Node.js, and Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi)

Experience with

DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/lean methodologies

. Strong knowledge of relational databases (

SQL

) and

cloud-native architecture

Familiarity with

React

,

JavaScript/TypeScript

Track record of shipping and scaling successful products or services in a

startup

or

scale-up

environment. Willingness to work in a fast-paced company, where

communication

and collaboration between different disciplines is key, and

adaptability

is a must.
