The Opportunity



As our Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our core platforms and applications. You will work across the stack -- from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services and cloud infrastructure.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative team that encourages the use of AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Co-pilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and accelerate innovation.

Your Mission



Develop and maintain scalable applications using PHP, Python, React, and JavaScript. Design and integrate RESTful APIs and Python microservices (with AWS Lambda). Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and contribute to UI/UX improvements. Deploy and optimize solutions on AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3). Write clean, testable code and adopt AI-assisted coding to boost efficiency. Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases. Contribute to Agile sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance, security, and scalability.

What We Need From You



3+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools to enhance performance, efficiency, and code quality.

Strong skills in:



Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web design principles. Backend: PHP, Python (API design & integration). Cloud: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.). Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices. Proven use of AI coding assistants to accelerate development. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Not Essential)



Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure Exposure to serverless architecture. Knowledge of mobile development (Flutter/React Native). Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or POS solutions.
