Full Stack Developer

Negotiable 50-85k Salary + Excellent BenefitsOur innovative and dynamic client is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer in London.Full Stack Developer responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and UI teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions.
• Enhance application scalability, security, and efficiency to support growth.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve full-stack issues to ensure seamless functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code aligned with industry best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative development culture.
• Continuously refine system architecture to meet evolving business needs and improve efficiency.

Full Stack Developer experience, skills, and traits:

• Frontend Experience: Minimum 2 years with Next.js, 4.5 years with React.js, and 1 year with Tailwind CSS.
• Backend Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Startup Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and innovation.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience working with Azure or other cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
• Scalability & Performance: Experience optimizing and scaling tech infrastructure to support business growth.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across the full stack.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with Product, UI, and development teams to implement technical solutions.
• Emerging Tech Awareness: Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering is a plus.
