Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
We're looking for a full stack developer with 3+ years of commercial experience to
work remotely as part of our growing development team.
Our core development languages are JS, PHP, HTML5, CSS (Tailwind) and Node;
utilising established frameworks including Vue.js and Laravel.
We deliver web-based software solutions from simple brochure websites to full-blown
web applications for a wide range of clients.
If you have a passion for technology and web app development along with great
communication and collaboration skills, then this could be a great role for you.
Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level
of responsibility. The post holder may also be required to carry out any other duties as
required by their line manager.
Your responsibilities:
Developing innovative, high-quality technical solutions
Building relationships with clients and helping them to achieve their goals
Maintaining existing vue.js and react based web applications
Research new technologies and ways of delivering projects
Presenting and rationalising your work internally and to our clients
Work both independently and as part of a wider team to deliver on client software
and web solutions
Develop high-quality technical standards for all the agency's output
Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines
Required skills:
At least three years demonstrable on-the-job experience in software development
and web solutions
Great written and face to face communication skills
Ability to translate complex client requirements into a deliverable plan
A dedication to coding excellence and continuous personal development
Highly proficient in JavaScript (ES6)
Highly proficient in the Vue.js and Laravel frameworks and best practices
Good understanding of HTML5, semantic markup, and the Tailwind CSS framework
Experience in multi-environment server deployment and maintenance
Experience in both utilising and building out RESTful APIs
Solid working knowledge of Git version control
Desired additional skills:
Working knowledge of TypeScript preferable
Docker experience desirable
Experience with Wordpress & WooCommerce
