Full Stack Developer - Arrow Electrical (On-site)

We're looking for a motivated

Full Stack Developer

to join our growing team and help shape the future of our e-commerce platform at

Arrow Electrical

. You'll be working across the entire tech stack - from frontend development to backend services and server architecture - to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

Our Tech Stack

Frontend

: Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Tailwind CSS

Backend

: Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, BigCommerce

Infrastructure

: Docker, Nginx, Debian (hosted on Linode)

Your Responsibilities

Own the architecture

: Develop, maintain, and improve the full-stack architecture of our e-commerce platform.

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work closely with our web sales and SEO teams to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve site performance.

SEO Optimization

: Collaborate with SEO experts to enhance performance, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.

Infrastructure involvement

: Manage and optimize server environments using Docker, Nginx, and Debian.

What We're Looking For

2+ years

of professional experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js preferred, but React/Angular experience is also welcome).

1+ year

of experience with Python in a production environment. A

solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals

- experience with our exact stack isn't required, but you should be comfortable learning and adapting quickly.

Strong communication skills

- you'll need to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members effectively. A

self-driven learner

- we value adaptability. Our stack evolves and we expect you to be comfortable diving into new tools and technologies (for example, adopting Docker to resolve infrastructure issues).

Nice to Have

(Not required, but a big plus!)

Experience with FastAPI, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch Understanding of server performance tuning and security Previous work with e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce Familiarity with SEO tools and technical optimization strategies
