You will have a diverse project set ranging from web design to analytics, automation, and AI innovation.

Day to day, you'll be:



Working closely with our designer(s) to curate, implement, and refine new designs across our bespoke ecommerce website Translating UI/UX concepts into high-quality, performant front-end experiences Owning the ongoing health of our website(s), ensuring smooth operation, stability, and performance Managing, maintaining, and reviewing analytics platforms (e.g. GA, GTM, tracking tools) to ensure accurate and reliable data Ensuring all events, conversions, and user interactions are correctly tracked and validated Planning, implementing, and analysing A/B tests to improve SEO, CRO, and overall customer experience Using data insights to identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, and performance improvements Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritise website improvements based on commercial and user impact Proactively monitoring site behaviour, diagnosing issues, and implementing fixes or optimisations Continuously improving page speed, accessibility, SEO best practices, and mobile-first performance

Responsibilities:



Developing and enhancing our websites, internal systems, and data-driven applications Implementing sleek, responsive, and mobile-first web designs across all major browsers Supporting our Head of Data with real-time data analysis, validation, and Power BI reporting Assisting in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to help drive business decisions Working on data extraction, transformation, and optimisation to support reporting and operational tools Responding to live technical issues involving data flows, integrations, and system behaviour Collaborating with the Head of Development to integrate automation solutions, AI tools, and intelligent agents across the business Building and maintaining scripts, APIs, and backend processes that power our automation and AI initiatives Ensuring that all delivered solutions are fully tested, secure, and built to best-practice standards Bringing fresh ideas, modern technologies, and new ways of thinking to our development workflows

What we're looking for:



A front-end-focused developer with a strong eye for UX, performance, and conversion optimisation Proven hands-on experience with SEO and CRO, including site structure, page performance, accessibility, and conversion funnels Practical, working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking, validation, and reporting Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, with experience integrating into C#, .NET, and MVC environments Strong understanding of mobile-first development, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility Experience implementing A/B testing, analysing results, and turning insights into measurable improvements Familiarity with SQL Server, basic data modelling, and preparing datasets for reporting and analysis Some experience with Power BI, data visualisation, or real-time analytics (nice to have, not essential) Understanding of API integrations, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions Strong grasp of asynchronous programming, AJAX, and front-end performance optimisation A proactive, self-motivated mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills A passion for modern front-end best practices, UI/UX improvements, security, accessibility, and scalable architecture

Bonus skills (nice to have, not essential):



Experience building Power BI dashboards Exposure to AI agent workflow tools or automation platforms Understanding of Liquid, Python, or additional scripting languages Familiarity with UX/UI frameworks or prototyping tools
