We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team

in Truro. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, allowing them to create robust applications and services. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, as well as a keen understanding of software development principles. You will work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Duties

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, and other relevant technologies. Implement front-end development tasks, ensuring responsive design and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable code while adhering to best practices in software development. Manage version control using Git and GitHub for efficient collaboration. Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between different systems. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Utilise cloud services such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management. Maintain databases using SQL, MySQL, or similar technologies. Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards within the team. Produce and keep all technical documentation up to date.

Requirements

Implement, manage, and support CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure system reliability and efficiency; and monitor and optimise system performance,

Collaborate with development and operations teams to bridge code development and operational deployment.

Promote, develop, and oversee infrastructure as code ("IaC").

Enforce security best practices.

Manage cloud-based resources and services.

Function as a technical expert and advisor for DevOps practices, tools, and technologies.
