Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Reactjs Redux for frontend development and Java Spring Boot Microservices for backend services.
The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain scalable secure and highperformance web applications working closely with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Develop responsive highperformance UI using Reactjs Redux and modern JavaScript ES6 Implement reusable components hooks and state management patterns Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend components Optimize UI for speed accessibility and crossbrowser compatibility Backend Development Design develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices Implement REST APIs with proper authentication authorization and validation Work with relational and NoSQL databases eg MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB Ensure microservices are scalable secure and faulttolerant Collaboration Process Work in an AgileScrum environment with daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives Participate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing Collaborate with DevOps teams for CICD pipelines and cloud deployments AWSAzureGCP Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues Required Skills Qualifications Frontend Strong proficiency in Reactjs Redux JavaScript ES6 HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design Experience with React Hooks ReduxSagaThunk and component libraries MaterialUI Ant Design Familiarity with frontend build tools Webpack Babel npmyarn Backend Strong experience in Java 8 Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Handson experience with REST API design and microservices architecture Knowledge of JPAHibernate and database design Experience with messaging systems Kafka RabbitMQ is a plus General Understanding of Git and version control workflows Experience with unit testing JUnit Mockito and frontend testing Jest React Testing Library Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
