The Role



We're looking for a dynamic Full Stack / Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of backend architecture, data engineering, and AI systems. You'll bring strong technical skills and a strategic mindset, playing a hands-on role in building systems that empower global brands to stay in sync with their customers.

You'll also contribute to managing projects end-to-end--from sprint planning to delivery--working across engineering, product, and business teams to keep us moving at fashion speed.

What You'll Do



Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs (Python + TypeScript SDKs)

Design and manage data pipelines, inventory sync tools, and scrapersLead and support cloud infrastructure projects (primarily AWS)

Collaborate on ML pipelines and model operations with our AI team

Organise and contribute to project workflows, timelines, and delivery goals

Ship clean, testable, and maintainable code across services and front-end features

Partner with product and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions

Balance short-term deliverables with long-term architecture and performance

What We're Looking For



3-5+ years in backend or full stack software development

Proficient in Python, APIs, and modern backend architectures

Experienced in AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.); familiarity with GCP or Azure is a plus

Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL tools, and version control (Git/Bitbucket)

Experience coordinating technical projects and working cross-functionally

Comfortable writing and reviewing TypeScript (front-end or back-end usage)

Understanding of ML operations, devops, and cloud infrastructure

Bonus if you have exposure to fashion, retail, or e-commerce domains

You have a collaborative attitude and a clear, strategic communication style
