Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

Proficient Microsoft Full Stack .NET. Programming Languages - Proficient in Programming languages like .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, .NET Framework C#.NET, WPF, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, SQL, Visual Fox Pro Database & Reports - Experience in databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Couchbase, SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Active Reports, PostgreSQL DevOps: CI/CD, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, IIQ, SailPoint, IAM, Single Sign On Methodology - Worked in Agile Methodologies and approaches that includes daily scrum with team and bi-weekly sprint along with sprint planning at the beginning and retrospective meetings at end of every sprint. Team Rapport - Ability to build a strong relationship with other members of the team and work effectively in an organised group. Listening to other people's views and resolving issues by means of a healthy discussion. Communication - Able to communicate with team members, client and wide range of people with confidence and also listen to their needs carefully. Problem Solving / Decision Making - Ability to identify, assess and think of solutions effectively and efficiently for any problems. Domains - Banking, Insurance, Logistics and Retail. Service Management - Incident Management, Change & Release Management Other Technical Skills - TFS, VSS, SVN, Clear Case 7.0, Infragistics, Crystal Reports, Visio tool, Microsoft Project Planner, BladeLogic Deployment Tool, SentryOne, APM Applications: Building Web Application, Web Service, Windows Application, Windows Service, Implementing Secure Logins, Application Interface.
