We are looking for an adaptable Full Stack Engineer to help us design and deliver cutting-edge solutions for complex electromagnetic environments. We're a start-up with a mission: to build RF systems that can thrive and scale in challenging conditions. If you're a creative problem-solver who's as comfortable working at the hardware-software interface as you are building highly relevant user interfaces, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Develop full-stack solutions, from backend systems to intuitive user interfaces Integrate and interact with RF systems (SDRs, GNSS receivers, sensors, etc.) Design and maintain efficient data pipelines and processing frameworks including the use of cloud-based processing Prototype and iterate rapidly, delivering solutions that are both innovative and reliable Collaborate closely with the rest of the team, from system engineers to field ops

Your Skills:

Solid programming skills in some of Python, C, C++, Rust (bonus: experience with RF related software frameworks like GNU Radio, OpenCPI) Experience of full-stack development (the above, plus experience with modern web frameworks to create straightforward user interfaces that can be used by Operators in austere environments) Familiarity with RF concepts is a bonus (e.g., software defined radios, modulation, jamming, direction finding) Familiarity with IP-based communications (e.g. streaming large volumes of data around a network efficiently and securely) Experience with cloud infrastructure, including containerisation, orchestration, and infrastructure as code (including an appreciation of network security) Experience with integrating COTS hardware and working in resource-constrained environments A start-up mindset: you thrive on autonomy, collaboration, and building from the ground up
Number of Years' experience is of less concern than skillset and attitude.

Office based with some home working to suit business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
