Job Description

We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant for to assist with our operations.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedule jobs and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as job and appointment processing. Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects You must be polite and professional and the ability to professionally communicate via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and liaise with suppliers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
