You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic maths skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
