Job Description
As a member of our bar team, you'll be on the front line of delivering excellent service. Whether you're mixing drinks, chatting with regulars, or keeping things running smoothly behind the bar, your energy and attention to detail will help create the lively, fast-paced and friendly experience The Grand Social is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take drink orders efficiently. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times. Follow all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist with setting up and closing down the bar each day. Deliver excellent customer service, helping to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, approachable, and reliable with a positive attitude. Strong previous bar experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
