Beauty Advisor

to be part of our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Full-Time Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with discovering products that enhance their natural beauty and confidence while delivering a positive customer experience. You will provide personalised product recommendations, demonstrate skincare and make-up techniques, and support daily store operations to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide expert advice taking account of skin type, preferences, and concerns. Demonstrate and recommend skincare, makeup and beauty tools. Assist clients with product application, selection techniques, and beauty routines. Attain and maintain robust knowledge of all brands and products carried in store. Ensure product displays are stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and receiving merchandise. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, testers, and demonstration areas, following hygiene, sanitation, and tester care guidelines. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
