We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and possess excellent people skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, providing high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service. Start date: 16/09/2025
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, and other spa services.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, treatments, and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for all clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
Attend training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Actively participate in promotional activities and events to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Flexibility to work Saturdays and occasional evenings as required.
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is an advantage.
