We are seeking a kitchen breakfast team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing kitchen dishes and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels Train new team members in food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene standards Assist in menu planning and development to reflect current trends and customer preferences

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting is ideal but also if you enjoy cooking at home this is also suitable An understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Good communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and suppliers Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service at all times
