We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brewer to join our brewing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the brewing process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Duties

Prepare and monitor brewing recipes, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting Monitor fermentation processes, adjusting parameters as necessary to achieve desired outcomes Conduct regular quality checks in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards Document all stages of production accurately and maintain detailed records Assist with inventory management of raw materials and packaging supplies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times Collaborate with the team to optimise brewing procedures and improve efficiency

Requirements

Prior experience of brewing is essential Mechanical knowledge to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain brewing equipment effectively Understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards is essential Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the production schedule
